Two floors above, on Level 3, mezza9 Macau offers “The Dining from the Kitchen” dinner buffet - an experience to evolve your five senses. With a concept that focuses on food quality and freshness, riveting your taste sensation, mezza9 Macau elevates the buffet dining to another level. At mezza9 Macau, guests can watch the chefs in action and interact with them to tailor made meal according to preference. Without any of the boundaries that exist in other kitchens, guests and chefs collaborate to create new dishes that exist in the moment a la minute. The open kitchens are like stages where the chefs perform, bringing guests wonderful flavors and ceremoniously presented.

Four stylishly appointed Private Dining Rooms on our penthouse floor offer a VIP ambience for 8-12 guests. In addition to the exclusive setting with views over Cotai, private dining parties can customise their own gourmet menus from any of Grand Hyatt Macau’s acclaimed restaurants.

The Tasting Room reinterprets the indulgence of prime steak and grill to satisfy even the most discerning palates. A team of masterful chefs harnesses American red oak to skillfully draw out the authentic flavor of charcoal-grilled steaks. Our carefully selected high-quality beef ranges from American wagyu and premium grade cuts to top-grade grain-fed Black Angus beef. Each is cooked to perfection, catering to its cut and maturity to ensure tenderness, juiciness, and an exquisite depth of flavor.
