In the Winter Menu, nourishing venison tendon and vitality-boosting squab are slow-simmered into a mellow soup that builds inner strength. Inspired by the ancient danggui ginger mutton soup by the “Sage of Medicine” Zhang Zhongjing, Stewed Bak Kut Teh Stuffed with Fish Maw and Baby Lamb Rack tonifies qi and blood with tender meat in a rich, flavorful broth. Throughout the menu, premium and seasonal ingredients are masterfully prepared to balance exceptional flavor with profound nourishment in perfect harmony.
