Following a 30-year career at a glittering array of Michelin-starred restaurants around the globe, Chef Fabrice Vulin brings his own interpretation of Haute Cuisine to The Tasting Room, the two Michelin-starred restaurant at City of Dreams. Renowned for his classic yet contemporary take on French fine dining, his cooking style is built on the idea that food is as much a manifestation of friendship and humanity as it is of flavor and texture.
Born and raised in France’s ‘Haut-Alpes’ region, Chef Fabrice grew up eating the freshest local produce, instilling in him a passion for high-quality ingredients that continues to this day. His career has taken him from the finest dining rooms of Paris, Geneva, Valence, Marrakesh and the French Riviera before traveling to Asia to promote French gastronomy.
Prior to joining City of Dreams, Fabrice was the Executive Chef for the two Michelin-Starred Caprice at The Four Seasons, Hong Kong. Testament to the high regard in which he is held by his professional peers, Chef Fabrice is also Asia President of the prestigious ‘Maîtres Cuisiniers de France’.
